Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in its Civil Engineering group to lead diverse projects, collaborate with the production team, and mentor junior staff. You will prepare technical reports and provide construction support from permits to quantities, using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.

The role offers growth into a PM position, with training and mentoring to advance your career within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff on project tasks.
• Strong technical skills in hydrology/hydraulic studies and reporting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Experience supporting construction activities and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.
• Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations across projects.
• Provide construction-related services and supervise junior team members.
• Develop project schedules and manage budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
• Grow into a Project Manager role through training and mentoring.
