Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group to lead diverse site development projects and coordinate plans with the production team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff and strong technical analysis, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, with construction support and a focus on delivering high-quality documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software. Growth toward a PM role is available.

Qualifications

Experience in civil engineering project delivery and site development.
Ability to mentor junior staff and lead project tasks.
Strong analytical and reporting skills for hydrology/hydraulic studies and related reports.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with production team to draft and finalize site plans and construction documents.
Mentor and guide junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient task execution.
Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations including hydrology/hydraulic studies and project schedules.
Provide construction support from permit applications to quantity estimates.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to deliver on time and within budget.
Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring.
