You will act as the primary company representative with clients, general contractors, owners, and engineers to ensure quality, profitability, and safety. You will collaborate with project admins, estimators, and vendors, attend hand-off, preconstruction, and project meetings, and drive risk management and successful project outcomes across on-site and off-site

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing major building envelope projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Strong contract administration and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, direction, and financial outcomes of major projects.
• Coordinate preconstruction, handoff, and project meetings.
• Lead subcontractor management, purchasing, and change orders.
• Provide accurate project reporting and risk management.
