Job summary

Wagner Roofing Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own commercial roofing projects from estimating handoff through closeout. You will coordinate between clients, Operations, Estimating, field teams, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, financial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role in roofing or construction.
• Experience managing residential and commercial roofing or construction projects through full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to coordinate with General Contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from handoff to closeout, managing schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contracts and specifications.
• Communicate project progress daily to stakeholders and identify risks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Estimating, and field teams to align on plans and logistics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and procurement needs.
