Job summary

REI Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to apply engineering principles across design, construction administration, assessments, and investigations. You will guide technicians, perform calculations, and mentor junior staff on multiple projects.

The role involves accounting for budget, schedules, and quality, with opportunities to improve processes and the organization. The position emphasizes experience with roofing, wall, pavement, and envelope assemblies, as well as knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Certification/registration relevant to solution specialty preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and develop project specifications and drawings.
• Experience with building envelope systems and related codes is desirable.
• Familiarity with multiple construction disciplines and site investigations.
• Proficient with engineering calculations and data analysis.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documents for complex projects and collect field data.
• Perform construction management duties and review submittals and pay applications.
• Direct assessments and investigations with testing apparatus and site work.
• Identify workplace inefficiencies and contribute to policy improvements.
• Assist with training personnel and knowledge transfer.
• Other duties as assigned.
