Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a senior engineering and project management leader to guide technical direction and performance across assigned programs. You will oversee budgets, scheduling, and cross-discipline coordination, while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to Hargrove procedures.

The role requires at least 8 years in engineering and project management, a BS/MS in Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of standard project execution procedures and tools.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver on commitments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMP/Registration viewed favorably but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedule reporting.
• Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Own project-specific engineering and design procedures and approvals.
• Coordinate documents defining project scope (Scope & Criteria, P&IDs, etc.).
• Lead multi-discipline coordination and issue resolution.
• Review design deliverables for inter-discipline consistency and reviews.
• Manage project team resources and training; ensure quality control.
