Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 7+ years.
IPTL/CAM experience with program management.
Experience with satellite system development; system integration, verification, and deployment support.

Responsibilities

Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
Manage cost/schedule/technical aspects per program guidelines and customer expectations.
Review project status, budgets, schedules, and drive execution to milestones.
Identify risks and opportunities; implement resolutions for productivity and quality goals.
Coordinate resources and ensure reviews and approvals are completed.
Develop schedules using Earned Value indicators on a DCMA surveilled program.
