Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7 years; or 13 years if no degree.
• IPTL/CAM Professional experience.
• Experience in satellite payload and space vehicle development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
• Develop and coordinate cost, schedule, and technical aspects of the project.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and drive execution to milestones.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive issue resolution to meet goals.
• Estimate resources and materials; coordinate with resource managers and approvals.
• Develop schedules using Earned Value on a DCMA surveilled program; monitor EV indicators.
• Participate in small teams and perform tasks to drive execution on quick-reaction projects.
• Collaborate in a team environment and maintain regular contact with customers.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
