Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a senior Engineering Lead in Shreveport, LA to guide technical execution and support the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (or MS) in Engineering, 3+ years in engineering and project management, and PMP registration preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination are essential to deliver multi-discipline deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Registration as Professional Engineer and/or PMP preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in coordinating across disciplines and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of the project and support to the Project Manager on cost and schedule.
• Inform the PM of technical issues, decisions and problems.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Controls Leads on execution issues.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedules and document scope changes.
• Plan and forecast engineering resources with discipline leads.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables and quality control.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues.
