Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced engineering leader to act as the technical lead on projects across multiple disciplines. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning while coordinating with clients on design issues and ensuring quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in engineering, PE license and PMP is preferred, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering efforts on complex projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Informs Project Manager of technical issues and decisions.
• Manages engineering budgets and schedule with reporting.
• Plans, schedules and forecasts engineering resources.
• Coordinates with clients on design issues.
• Owns project engineering procedures and approvals.
• Leads multi-discipline deliverables and review cycles.
• Reviews design deliverables for inter-discipline coordination.
• Leads team resources, training and overall quality control.
