Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced project leader to drive technical execution on multidisciplinary engineering projects in Baton Rouge. You will support the Project Manager in controlling cost, schedule and client satisfaction, coordinating with clients and the PM team, and ensuring deliverables meet scope and quality standards.

Ideal is a BS or MS in Engineering with 5+ years’ related experience; PMP registration is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Professional Engineering registration and/or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of a project and support the PM in cost and schedule management.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PM team on execution.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline drawings and deliverables.
• Maintain quality control of engineering work and manage client relationships.
