Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects in the United States. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, and quality, coordinating with the client and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience, a degree in engineering, and PMP or PE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of moderately complex engineering project assignments ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality expectations.
  • Successfully manage commercial contracts on multiple projects; ensure timely invoicing and CN processing, and keep project plans current in Vision.
  • Maintain control of project performance, budget, schedule and quality; use project controls tools effectively.
  • Participate in major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions for assigned projects.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables with client teams; align schedule and budget with stakeholders.
  • Champion Project Change Notices to communicate scope/design changes promptly.
  • Lead and develop a productive project team within Hargrove and with the client; recognize contributions where applicable.
  • Coordinate resource requirements; align expectations across parties.
  • Plan and organize team work; communicate plans to leadership, clients, and teams; run weekly coordination meetings.
  • Maintain timely reporting including weekly and monthly status reports.
