Job summary

Mi-Jack Products, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to drive complex engineering projects from concept to production. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing and service, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage schedules, risks, and project budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years' experience in engineering, product development, or technical project leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects and product development programs from concept through implementation and production release.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and project deliverables.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, operations, and commercial teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Drive project reviews and communicate status to leadership and executives.
• Oversee ECNs, testing, validation, and production readiness milestones.
• Prepare executive-level project dashboards and reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers in planning and execution.
