Job summary

Mi-Jack Products' Material Handling Division is seeking a Lead Project Engineer. You will lead multiple engineering projects from conception to production release, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and commercial teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and 7+ years in engineering, product development, or technical project leadership, with strong planning, risk management, and executive reporting skills. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering discipline
7+ years in engineering, product development, or technical project leadership
Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects from initiation to implementation
Experience with engineering project planning, scheduling, resource management, and executive reporting

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering projects and product development programs from concept through implementation and production release.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and project deliverables.
Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, operations, and commercial teams.
Monitor project progress and identify risks, then implement mitigation plans.
