Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing projects with defined scope, budgets and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of technology-driven manufacturing projects.
• Define project scope, develop plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Establish milestones, success metrics, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Manage QMS requirements per customer specifications and maintain documentation.
• Build a cross-trained manufacturing team and support sales growth through scalable operations.
