Job summary

Mi-Jack Applied Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology-driven manufacturing projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate scope, schedules, resources, and budgets while ensuring quality and profitability across our Mi-Star solutions for ports, rail yards, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in manufacturing leadership, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with hardware/software integrated products.

Qualifications

5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Proven experience managing projects with defined scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to drive accountability and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, implementation, and successful completion of technology-driven manufacturing projects.
Define project scope in collaboration with senior leadership.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Establish clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
Execute projects in alignment with timelines and budgets.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
