Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects with defined scopes, budgets and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and completion of technology-driven manufacturing projects.
• Define project scope with senior leadership.
• Develop plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Establish milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Execute projects within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers; communicate progress.
• Develop documentation systems and maintain project records.
• Evaluate outcomes against objectives.
• Support QMS requirements and build cross-trained manufacturing teams.
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements.
• Assist sales growth objectives through scalable operations.
