Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience delivering projects with defined scope, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and completion of technology-driven manufacturing projects.
• Define project scope in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Establish milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.
