Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license preferred.
• Experience supporting full-machine product development in heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product development cycles from conception through completion using a stage-gate process.
• Develop and present technical updates to management and engineers.
• Lead drivetrain design, development, integration and validation.
• Manage multi-tiered BOMs and ERP integration for releases and ECNs.
• Lead root cause analysis across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with vendors/contractors.
