Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an accomplished engineering professional to provide technical leadership on complex projects in the Greenville area. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction, coordinating with the Client and internal teams to resolve design issues and maintain schedule integrity.

You should have a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, with Professional Engineering or PMP registration

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and ability to lead a team; strong communication and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of projects and support PM in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Inform PM of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PM/Disciplines on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing engineering budgets, scheduling, and scope changes; assist in estimating changes.
• Produce weekly and monthly engineering status reports and resource forecasting.
• Coordinate multi-discipline deliverables and ensure quality control; review 3D models for inter-discipline coordination; approve transmittals.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and ensure timely deliverables such as line lists, P&IDs, and GA drawings.
