Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and technical direction to engineers and designers for complex, multi-discipline projects.

You will drive scope, budget, schedule, and quality to meet client objectives and corporate expectations. The role requires extensive project management experience, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to navigate change management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers delivering projects on time, within budget and quality goals.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality using project controls and reporting.
• Coordinate with client teams to define scope and deliverables that support business goals.
• Promote Change Management and lead Change Notices to capture scope and design changes.
• Maintain timely reporting and ensure documentation and submittals meet project requirements.
