Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Alabama is seeking a senior project engineer to provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects and support the Project Manager in delivering cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with clients and the PM team, manage budgets and changes, review multi-discipline deliverables, and ensure quality through rigorous design reviews and proper transmittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team and manage client relations.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead project technical direction and support PM on cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with client and PM team on design, execution, and changes.
• Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Oversee multi-discipline deliverables and quality control.
• Promote inter-discipline coordination and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely preparation of design deliverables and transmittals.
