Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks a senior project manager to lead engineering programs, directing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction across all project phases.

You will inform the Project Manager of technical issues, plan resources, coordinate with clients on design matters, and own multi-discipline deliverables and procedures.

The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in engineering, PE and PMP preferred, with 15+ years of relevant experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical, chemical, or bio-medical engineering.
• PE license and PMP preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered on project.
• Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources to be employed on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Ownership of project specific engineering and design procedures including obtaining proper approvals.
• Primary coordinator of documents defining project scope (Scope & Criteria, P&IDs, equipment lists).
• Lead multi-discipline coordination and ensure inter-discipline consistency across deliverables.
