Hargrove is seeking a senior Engineering Lead and Project Manager to provide technical leadership on cross-disciplinary projects and assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PE/PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Informing the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinating with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinating with PM, Construction Manager, Procurement Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Controls Lead on execution issues.
• Supporting PM in managing engineering budgets and schedules and documenting scope changes.
• Leading multi-discipline deliverables and ensuring timely completion of engineering outputs.
• Overseeing 3D modeling coordination, clash detection, and inter-discipline reviews.
