Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Engineering/Project Lead in the United States to provide technical leadership and support the Project Manager in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and guiding multi-discipline deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering and project management experience, degrees in engineering, and preferred PE or PMP registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Registration: Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Hargrove Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered on project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction Manager, Procurement Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Controls Lead on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing engineering budgets and schedule and changes in scope; weekly/monthly reporting.
• Manage discipline hours, TIC estimates, and tracking against changes as project progresses.
• Develop or facilitate engineering/design procedures with proper approvals when deviating from procedures.
• Coordinate engineering input for documents defining project scope (Scope & Criteria, Engineering Execution Plans).
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables and conduct inter-discipline reviews.
