Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and designers in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will drive project controls, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients to ensure scope and deliverables align with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering and PM, PE/PMP certification, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Experience supervising engineers and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost, schedule, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and designers to deliver projects on time, within performance budget and quality expectations.
• Manage commercial contracts and invoicing, Change Notices, and monthly earnings reporting.
• Track discipline performance, budgets, schedules, and quality using project controls tools.
• Validate estimates at project start and monitor changes throughout the project.
• Develop major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate scope, deliverables, and client requirements to align schedule and budget.
