Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a senior engineering leader to oversee projects across mechanical and multi-disciplinary teams in the U.S. You will guide technical decisions, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients to meet scope and quality goals.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering project management, PE/PMP credentials, and the ability to lead cross-discipline coordination while delivering high-quality design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Chemical or Bio-Medical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering registration and/or PMP certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for projects across applicable phases including cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Inform Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered.
• Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources and coordinate with clients on design issues.
• Own project-specific engineering procedures and multi-discipline deliverables.
• Coordinate inter-discipline reviews and ensure quality control of all design deliverables.
• Lead a team, manage budgets and project performance, and drive client relationships.
