Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects in the United States. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, and quality, coordinating with client teams and internal resources to deliver on time and within performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on experience with project controls, invoicing, and change management. A PMP or PE is preferred, with up to 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with project control processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage promotional projects minimizing cost by estimating Professional Services man hours to complete the project.
• Successfully manage commercial contracts on one or more projects of various sizes.
• Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, CNs processed, and OER reviewed.
• Maintain control of project budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with client teams and internal resources.
• Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain reporting.
• Review engineering documents and submittals for compliance and project objectives.
• Ensure project documentation and closeout are completed.
