Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Strong leadership and program-management skills to drive engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution to meet program objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to align scope with technical requirements.
• Manage Earned Value via LTS and ensure consistency with program metrics.
• Interface with customers and internal teams across lifecycle phases.
• Travel up to 20% as required by program needs.
