Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Project Engineer in Greenville, Texas, to act as the technical lead for assigned programs and drive engineering execution. You will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.

The role requires leadership in design, development, testing, and integration, with responsibilities spanning EV tracking, compliance, and interface with manufacturing and operations. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for assigned programs and align with program objectives, technical requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership, PM, and functional managers to track EV and ensure program metrics.
• Provide technical leadership across lifecycle stages, including compliance, certification, and interface with manufacturing and operations.
