Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in engineering or 4+ years with graduate degree; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience coordinating or leading engineering execution within cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cost, schedule, and technical execution of engineering projects within program guidelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across the product lifecycle to support embedded hardware development.
• Manage cost and schedule performance within EVMS, including ETCs and IMS coordination.
• Plan and support System Requirements, PDR, CDR, and TRR reviews and flight test readiness activities.
• Provide liaison between engineering, program leadership, and customers to resolve issues.
