Job summary

The Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Project Director for the Reach Title III Grant to lead program design, implementation and evaluation. The role oversees reporting, compliance with Title III regulations, and coordination with college leadership to drive measurable outcomes.

This in-person position requires strong fiscal and project management experience, collaboration across divisions, and the ability to mentor staff while ensuring timely grant deliverables and campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in humanities, mathematics, and/or social sciences or related field required.
• Five years successful supervision, fiscal and project management experience.
• Experience with working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with college-level developmental education.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a Title III Steering Committee to guide project implementation.
• Create bi-monthly sharing reports identifying integration of REACH grant initiatives.
• Oversee project funds to ensure expenditures align with the grant.
• Provide direct supervision of the REACH staff.
• Coordinate reporting and assist with financial reports for submission to the funding agency.
• Manage programmatic design that supports sustainability after grant expiration.
• Collaborate with Institutional Research to collect data for reporting and participant tracking.
• Attend meetings and serve on college committees related to the grant.
