This role involves building partnerships with schools and ensuring program execution across multiple high schools. The Impact Director will collaborate with community stakeholders to drive student outcomes and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and management experience in education or nonprofit.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as external representative in southwest PA region.
• Support Site Directors and oversee team performance.
• Manage budgets and multi-site program execution.
