Job summary

Virginia Community Colleges seeks a Title III Project Director at Reynolds Community College to lead the Title III grant, coordinating with the Director of Grants Management, project leaders, and an external evaluator to ensure activities align with budgets and timelines.

The role reports to the Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Technology and involves working with stakeholders across campuses to meet program goals and strengthen institutional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
• Strong research and report writing abilities.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience managing large grant-funded projects and budgets.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience with mixed methods research and external evaluators.
• Ability to coordinate with Director of Grants Management and others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the college’s Title III grant and coordinate with grants management, project leaders and an external evaluator.
• Ensure expenditures follow approved budgets and timelines.
• Monitor progress and prepare required reporting to the Department of Education.
