Job summary

J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is seeking a Title III Project Director to lead the college’s grant program and oversee strategic initiatives within the Title III framework.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Technology, you will coordinate with Grants Management, project leads, stakeholders, and an external evaluator to implement activities, track budgets, and ensure timely, compliant reporting to the U.S. Department of Education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
• Strong ability to conduct sound research and write reports.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience managing large grant-funded projects.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the college's Title III grant from planning through reporting.
• Collaborate with Grants Management, project leaders, stakeholders, and external evaluator.
• Ensure expenditures follow approved budgets and timelines and produce required reports.
