Job summary

HDR is seeking a Lead Project Coordinator to support operations of production sections, staff development, profitability, and marketing support in our engineering environment. You will coordinate across teams to ensure quality and timely results.

Youll assist as an Assistant Project Manager, manage project documentation, and help implement contracts while aligning with our proactive project management system. This on-site role reinforces HDRs collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Newforma, Procore, ACC/Forma, Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Assist in the responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support
• May function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities
• Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections
• Be involved in marketing planning and proposals
• Assist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system
• Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
