HDR is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator Team Lead in Denver to guide a team of project coordinators in supporting project managers and market sector leaders. You will manage documentation, ensure schedules, and drive quality and collaboration across the Building Engineering Services group.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational excellence, and active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture, with a focus on delivering quality results for diverse clients and projects in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with managers, leads, and clients.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback for staff growth.
• Plan staff work and promote collaboration among Project Coordinators.
• Lead a team to assist Market Sector Leads and Project Managers.
• Assist with implementation of the HDR Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage project documentation and records, ensuring accessibility and organization.
• Support construction-phase activities including RFIs, shop drawings, and contract changes.
