Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; seven years of related experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years related experience with an associate degree
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities with strong organizational skills
• Proven leadership and communication skills; customer-focused demeanor
• Proficiency in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support
• May function as an Assistant Project Manager on projects in addition to management responsibilities
• Coordinate services with other sections and lead project staff
• Involve in marketing planning and proposals
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system
• Prepare contracts and sub-contracts and organize documents and reports
• Coordinate meetings and presentations and maintain client relations
• Assist with project invoices and overall project governance
