Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Delivery Lead in California to direct and coordinate multi-discipline project teams through full lifecycles, balancing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relations. The role requires extensive PM experience, leadership, and proficiency with industry tools.

As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you will mentor staff, contribute to proposals, and support operations and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with diverse design teams.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
Manage large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Track financial aspects and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor project staff.
Lead in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
Ensure proactive project management and policy adherence.
