Responsibilities

• Assist in operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• May function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in production responsibility on projects.
• Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and coordinate services with other sections.
• Be involved in marketing planning and proposals.
• Assist in ensuring work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through project management system.
• Implement, monitor and support company policy.
• Assist in selection, training and management of project coordinator personnel.
• Prepare documents, reports, specifications and correspondence.
• Create and maintain paper and electronic files.
• Order insurance and monitor certificates.
• Assist with developing project guides and provide information for project reviews.
• Apply quality assurance guidelines for project document management.
• Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations.
• Exhibit professionalism with clients.
• Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams.
• Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed.
