Job summary

Delta Constructors is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost and schedule across multiple projects in the Northern Region. The role mentors project managers and controls staff, guiding budgeting, scheduling, and contract management while engaging in planning and reporting activities.

You will lead risk reviews, develop estimates, and ensure cost control across complex projects. The position is exempt and salaried, reporting to the Vice President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in industrial construction, Midstream Oil & Gas preferred.
• Project controls certification (PMP, and/or AACE CCP/PSP/EVP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project cost and schedule across multiple projects totaling ~ $200mm in annual revenue.
• Manage and maintain project controls systems and reporting tools (Sage Intacct, Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Provide guidance to project managers and project controls staff.
• Assist in finalizing conceptual, preliminary and definitive estimates.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with requirements.
• Lead client meetings and communicate updates and key issues.
