You will mentor operations managers, develop regional execution plans, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with project directors on GMP strategy and financial performance. Strong leadership, communication, and tech proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Math, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and project controls knowledge.
• Proficiency with PM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to project teams to meet company standards.
• Train Operations Managers on Manhattan standards and policies.
• Monitor software standards and training across the company.
• Track KPIs and drive project performance regionally.
• Develop project execution plans for the region.
• Lead regional project controls on mid-size to large projects.
• Assist Directors with Job Cost Budget and GMP strategy.
• Enforce value management, change management, purchasing, and prequalification processes.
