Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Project Controls leader to oversee the implementation and management of controls across multiple projects or a major business unit. You will ensure consistent application of DPR’s planning, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting processes while guiding project teams and controls personnel to deliver accurate, timely data.

The role requires 12–15 years of construction cost, schedule, and project controls management, with PMP or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 12–15 years of experience in construction cost, schedule, and project controls management required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages project controls processes for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with DPR standards and owner requirements.
• Leads development and review of project execution plans, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Analyzes project performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Provides oversight for cost management, schedule development, change management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Mentors Project Controls Managers and Specialists, promoting capability building and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborates with owners, project executives, and finance to ensure consistency in performance reporting and risk assessment.
• Drives process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and data transparency.
