• 8 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training regional operations personnel on systems.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure project teams operate per company standards.
• Monitor KPIs in PM Systems and oversee software standards.
• Manage job cost budgeting, cash flow tracking, and schedule standards.
• Assist with project performance reviews and billing forecasts.
