Job summary
North Dakota University System - Core Technology Services seeks a Lead Programmer Analyst to oversee ERP development, implementation, maintenance, and testing across PeopleSoft Financials, HCM, and Campus Solutions. You will document work, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes.
Responsibilities include supervising a technical staff, guiding solutions, and driving project success while ensuring high-quality design and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IS, or related IT field.
- At least seven years of PeopleSoft development and support, with five years of recent PeopleSoft development.
- At least three years as a technical lead in enterprise apps, including project leadership and design/guidance.
- At least two years supervising technical staff, including mentoring and performance reviews.
- Advanced PeopleTools skills: PeopleCode, App Packages, App Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, BI Publisher.
- Experience building and supporting integrations via APIs, REST, web services, file-based interfaces.
- Strong SQL/DB skills with Oracle or SQL Server; data analysis and performance troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems with ERP solutions; oversee application development, support, maintenance and testing.
- Document work within PeopleSoft and related systems (FSCM, HCM, CS).
- Supervise technical staff; prioritize work, monitor progress, evaluate performance, and mentor staff.
