Job summary

North Carolina State University is seeking a Senior Analyst/Project Manager for its Student Systems. You will lead and maintain the PeopleSoft SIS, guiding enterprise application development across Admissions, Records, Advisement, Financials, and Financial Aid.

You will collaborate with IT leadership and functional offices to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring quality through testing and continuous improvement within a dynamic university setting in Raleigh.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and at least two years’ of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree with at least three years’ of relevant experience.
Experience translating business and technical requirements into practical solutions for student services.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Student Information System and enterprise applications life cycle.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance NC State’s PeopleSoft SIS across Admissions, Records, Advisement, Financials and Financial Aid.
Lead enterprise application development projects with minimal supervision.
Design specifications and recommend resources/technologies for automated solutions.
Perform regression, performance and QA testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Manage SIS module projects as a senior analyst/PM across multiple areas.
