Job summary

University of Delaware in Newark, DE, seeks a lead systems specialist to drive the implementation of SDLC methodologies for the PeopleSoft Financial system. You will manage multiple projects, assist junior developers, and provide production support for critical ERP applications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP and PeopleSoft technologies, with limited telework and on-site work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience with Oracle ERP and PeopleSoft/PeopleTools technologies.
• On-site required two days per week with limited telework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SDLC methodologies for the University’s PeopleSoft Financial system.
• Manage multiple projects and support multiple critical applications.
• Coordinate upgrades of PeopleTools versions and application upgrades.
• Test, deploy, and document custom/batch programs interfacing with internal systems.
• Provide on-call production support and incident resolution.
