Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking Program Supervisors to lead individualized, person-directed supports in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will guide teams to promote inclusion and meaningful participation in daily activities.

As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensure objectives and budgets are met, and maintain regulatory compliance while performing direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credits and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR and other mandated trainings within required timeframes.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Ensure Keystone programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties.
