Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree (60 credits) with 1+ year in human services or related field; preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Perform direct support duties as per the program schedule and needs.
• Ensure objectives are met, budgets adhered to, and regulations complied with.
• Support and supervise staff to maintain program quality and compliance.
