Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Duncansville, PA, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee one or more intellectual disability, mental health, and autism support programs. You will guide planning, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring objectives, budgets, and regulations are met and providing direct support as needed.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and ability to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one (1) year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations.
• Perform direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs.
